All on 4 is a revolutionary new technique which enables a whole arch of high-quality dental implants to be fitted in a single visit to the practice. Failing teeth are removed, implants placed and fixed teeth fitted in one appointment, so you are never without teeth and are able to have a new and beautiful smile in just one day!
All on 4 treatment offers full upper and lower arches of fixed replacement teeth. Four to six dental implants are placed at strategically-planned positions in your mouth, providing solid foundations for the fixed ten-tooth bridge.
The first stage will include impressions and radiographs taken of your mouth, which will be used to create an exact replica of your jaw. We will then create a removable denture with the intended teeth setup. A CT scan may be required which will help us identify if there is enough bone for successful dental implants placement.
On the day of the surgery, your implants will be placed under local anaesthetic or IV sedation, if requested. With same day smiles, we will safely fit the final fixed teeth to the implants straight away, so you will have beautiful teeth in just one day!
We see you for a check up/assessment to ensure that you are happy with your new smile and there are no issues with your implants or fixed teeth. If there are any minor modifications that need to be made to accommodate any healing changes in your mouth, we will carry these out.
